Dr Vuyokazi Felicity Mahlati
Dr Mahlati is a public policy and development planning specialist with an MSc in Social Policy and Planning (London School of Economics) and a PhD in Public and Development Management (University of Stellenbosch).
She is serving a second term as president of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) South Africa and global director of IWF Leadership Foundation Board.
