Dr Molokwane is the founder and Managing Director of POB Environmental Solutions. She previously served as Executive Technical Director of South African Intellectual Property Fund/Quintessential Investment Holdings; Principal Environmental Specialist at Sasol Technology Pty [Ltd]; and Nuclear Fuel Design Physicist at Pebble Bed Modular Reactor.

She serves on the boards of Inkomati Usuthu Catchment Management Area and Sedibeng Water Board.

She holds PhD in Chemical Technology, M.Sc. in Applied Radiation Science and Technology, Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Radiation Sciences and Technology, and B.Sc. in Physics and Chemistry.
